God does not get glory out of sickness or suffering.
Many individuals glorified God for their miraculous healing:
Zacharias speech restored: LUK 1:64 His mouth was opened immediately, and his tongue loosed, and he spoke, and praised God.
Lame man healed: LUK 5:25 Immediately he rose up before them, picked up that what he was laying on, and returned to his own house, glorifying God.
Crippled woman healed: LUK 13:13 Jesus laid his hands on her: and immediately she was made straight and glorified God.
Leper healed: LUK 17:15 One of ten, when he saw that he was healed, turned back, and with a loud voice glorified God.
Blind man at Jericho healed: LUK 18:43 Immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God.
Blind man in temple healed: JOH 9:38 He said, Lord, I believe. And he worshipped him.
Lazarus’ resurrection: JOH 11:4 This sickness is not unto death, but for the glory of God, that the Son of God might be glorified thereby.
Lame man healed: ACT 3:8 He leaping up stood, and walked, and entered with them into the temple, walking, and leaping, and praising God.
Multitudes glorified God for miracles of healing:
Paralyzed man healed: MAT 9:8 The multitudes saw it, they marveled, and glorified God, which had given such power unto men.
Many healing miracles: MAT 15:31 The multitude wondered, when they saw the dumb to speak, the maimed to be whole, the lame to walk, and the blind to see: and they glorified the God of Israel.
Mother’s son resurrected: LUK 7:16 There came a fear on all: and they glorified God, saying, That a great prophet is risen up among us; and that God hath visited his people.
Crippled woman healed: LUK 13:17 All the people rejoiced for all the glorious things that were done by Him.
People who witnessed the blind man healed: LUK 18:43 All the people when they saw it, gave praise to God.
Lame man healed: ACT 3:9 All the people saw him walking and praising God. 4:21 All men glorified God for that which was done.
Several individuals glorified God before they were healed:
Leper before he was healed: MAT 8:2 There came a leper and worshipped Jesus, saying, Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.
Father before his daughter was resurrected: MAT 9:18 There came a certain ruler and worshipped Jesus, saying, My daughter is even now dead: but come and lay Your hand on her and she will live.
Mother before her demon possessed daughter was set free: MAT 15:25 She came and worshipped Jesus, saying, Lord, help me.
Man before he was set free from evil spirits: MAR 5:6 When he saw Jesus afar off he ran and worshipped Him.
PSA 86:12 I will glorify Your Name forever.
