Know God

Jesus said in Matthew 7:14, “Narrow is the road that leads to life, and  few find it”.

The following information explains how you can have a personal relationship with God forever.

Good news – God loves you!

The Bible says, God so loved the world that He gave His one and only Son, that whoever believes in Him will not perish, but have eternal life (John 3:16). The problem is that…

Sin separates us from God

The Bible says, All have sinned and fallen short of the glory of God (Romans 3:23). God is perfect and holy, and our sins separate us from God forever. The Bible says, The wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). See God’s plan to remedy this…

Jesus Christ is the only remedy for our sins

Jesus is the Son of God. He lived a sinless life and then died on the cross to pay the penalty for our sins. God demonstrates His own love for us in that while we were yet sinners Christ died for us. Jesus rose from the dead and now He lives in heaven with God His Father. He offers us the gift of eternal life — of living forever with Him in heaven if we accept Him as our Lord and Savior. Jesus said, I am the way, the truth, and the life. No one comes to the Father except by Me. God reaches out in love to you and wants you to be His child. As many as received Him, to them He gave the right to become children of God, even to those who believe on His name. You can choose to ask Jesus Christ to forgive your sins and come in to your life as your Lord and Savior (Romans 5:8; John 14:6; 1:12).

How to accept Jesus Christ

Pray a simple prayer like this to accept Jesus as your personal Lord and Savior: Dear God, I know that I have sinned. I believe You sent Jesus Christ to save me. I believe Jesus was crucified on the cross, He was buried, raised from the dead, and He ascended into heaven and sat down at Your right hand. I thank You Jesus for taking away my sins forever. I believe Jesus Christ is my Lord and Savior and that I am now born again. Take control of my life and make me the person You want me to be. Thank You God, for forgiving me and giving me everlasting life. In the Name of Jesus Christ I pray, Amen.

How to live the Christian life

Talk to God in prayer daily: Matthew 21:22 All things, whatever you ask in prayer, believing, you will receive. Mark 11:24 Whatever things you ask when you pray, believe that you receive them, and you will have them.

Regularly attend a church that believes in salvation, repentance, healing, deliverance, prosperity, miracles, the rapture, second coming, and the Holy Spirit Baptism: Hebrews 10:25 Let us not give up meeting together, as some are in the habit of doing, but let us encourage one another — and all the more as you see the Day approaching. Psalm 122:1 I was glad when they said to me, Let us go into the house of the Lord.

Read God’s Word, the Bible, often: 2 Timothy 3:16 All Scripture is God-breathed and is useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting and training in righteousness, 17 so that the man of God may be thoroughly equipped for every good work.

Always obey God: John 14:21 He who has My commandments and keeps them, it is He who loves Me. And He who loves Me will be loved by My Father, and I will love him and reveal Myself to him.

Be a good witness and live for God by your life and words: John 15:8 By this My Father is glorified, that you bear much fruit; so you will be My disciples.

Trust God for every detail of your life: 1 Peter 5:7 Casting all your care upon Him, for He cares for you.

Seek God for the Baptism in the Holy Spirit: The baptism in the Holy Spirit is God’s gift of spiritual power to the Church (Acts 2:38; 10:45; Hebrews 6:4). I am going to send you what My Father has promised; but stay in the city until you have been clothed with power from on high. When the day of Pentecost came, they were all with one accord in one place. Suddenly there came a sound from heaven, as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled the whole house where they were sitting. Then there appeared to them tongues of fire that separated and came to rest on each of them. And they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and began to speak in other tongues as the Spirit enabled them (Luke 24:49; Acts 2:1-4). You will receive power when the Holy Spirit comes on you (Acts 1:5).

Trust the Holy Spirit to help you daily: Romans 8:14 For as many as are led by the Spirit of God, these are sons of God.
