Typically, the host takes a separate offering for Frank Butler Ministries at each service. If required, the host is responsible for Frank’s hotel accommodation and meals, round-trip airfare from Houston, TX USA, and ground transportation between the airport, hotel, and services. There are additional requirements for bookings outside the USA.
