- There is no booking fee or set fee required.
Travel |
- Several weeks before the service(s) we will purchase Frank's
economy/coach class airline ticket and forward a copy to you for
reimbursement.
- Please provide transportation to/from the airport, hotel and
service(s).
Hotel and Meals |
- A hotel room is required for its business services, consistency,
privacy and quietness.
