please provide the following:
- Love Offering: No booking fee or set fee required. Please receive an offering for
Frank Butler Ministries at each service.
- Air
Transportation: We will book Frank's economy airline
ticket and forward it to you for reimbursement.
- Ground
Transportation: To and from services.
- Accommodation and
Meals: A hotel is preferred for its business services
and consistency.
